Chemical Screw Pumps are designed with special geometries in 1/2 as well as 2/3 profiles. While cast iron and SS 316 material of construction are offered, special materials of construction are also available for highly corrosive fluids. Shaft sealing is ensured by soft packed gland/ mechanical seal. Torsion free metal bonded stator and double sealed universal joints for longer service life and high efficiency.

FSP- C Series pumps are designed with bracket and close coupled design. SUction  and delivery flanged connections. The drive shaft is fitted with pump shaft in line with drives. Two types of rotor and stator geometries are available for optimized performance. These series pumps are constructed with Cast iron housing, the rest or stainless steel, the rotating parts are available in numerous materials like Alloy Steel, Tool Steel, Stainless Steel 304, 316, A 20 etc. The stators are made of elastomers like Natural, Nitrile, Hypalon, Ethylene Propylene, Neoprene, Viton etc depending on the applications. Shaft sealing is ensured by soft gland packing / mechanical sealing. The pump consists of universal pin joints which give outstanding reliability and longer service life.
